The e-Decisions’ solution offers support with adopting and managing the decisions of the director or other authorities of the company. In the decision preparation process, we can input all the necessary data and also use the text editor to design the layout of the decision.
After confirming the decision, the recipients of the decision have to be chosen. The recipients can be organised into groups, organisational units or as individual users.
Before the decision is forwarded to the participants, it can be sent to various legal or expert departments for review and confirmation purposes. These departments can either amend the decision content or the list of recipients of the decision. Each recipient confirms the decision, which is recorded in the system as an audit trail.
