The e-Meetings solution offers effective support to the management of meetings. When a larger number of meetings are taking place in the company, coordination may become difficult and keeping track of all the tasks is nearly impossible. The decisions of individual meetings are often not realised, the due dates are not observed, there is no common overview of the realisation of the adopted and carried out decisions.
The e-Meetings solution enables you to:
- Organise meetings and send out meeting invitations and material to the participants.
- Create minutes of the meetings and forward the decisions and tasks to the participants.
- Monitor the implementation of the tasks.
During the meeting the e-Meetings solution helps you prepare the minutes and decisions, and define the tasks and due dates of their implementation. The minutes, decisions and tasks are forwarded to the meeting participants and all employees, who have been appointed tasks, for confirmation.
