Process Architect

Mikrocop is a leading provider of comprehensive business digitization solutions. For this purpose, we have developed our own platform, InDoc EDGE, which combines a document system, a process management system, and an electronic archiving system.

The platform InDoc EDGE, with its comprehensiveness, enables the implementation team to prepare effective solutions for digital business and customize them for clients on demand. We are looking for a dedicated person who will co-create successful digital stories for our clients.

As a Process Architect you will...

  • collaborate with the team on client projects throughout the entire development cycle,
  • plan advanced solutions for business process digitalization,
  • implement business processes for more efficient client operations,
  • provide technical advice to clients on integration with our InDoc EDGE platform,
  • develop process controls and web services,
  • monitor technological trends in digitalization,
  • participate in creating best practices and standardizing solutions.

We are looking for...

  • 3+ years of experience in business process digitalization,
  • technical knowledge and familiarity with programming languages, especially C# and JavaScript,
  • process-oriented thinking and knowledge of BPMN notation,
  • experience integrating various business information systems,
  • analytical skills, organization, and problem-solving orientation,
  • effective oral and written communication in Slovenian and English, knowledge of Croatian is a plus,
  • experience with document management systems and business processes is welcome.
