Project Manager / Business Analyst

As a Project Manager you will…

  • Lead and report on the progress of business digitalization projects,
  • Receive and coordinate client requirements for paperless business solutions and provide support for business processes,
  • Participate in planning, prepare documentation, and approve business solutions,
  • Monitor business and technological trends and market requirements in the field of digitalization,
  • Contribute to creating best business practices and standardizing solutions,
  • Participate in the pre-sales process for business digitalization solutions,
  • Present solutions at events, conferences, and seminars.

We are looking for…

  • 5+ years of experience in the advertised field,
  • Knowledge of document management systems and business processes,
  • Experience integrating various business information systems,
  • Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 notation and business rules management,
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,
  • Effective oral and written communication in Slovenian and English,
  • Out-of-the-box thinking,
  • Team-oriented, precise, responsible, and innovative,
  • Interest in developing and applying solutions for clients and cloud services.
