QA Engineer

Mikrocop is a leading provider of comprehensive solutions for business digitization. To this end, we have developed our own web platform, InDoc EDGE, which combines a document system, a process management system, and an electronic archiving system. InDoc EDGE with its comprehensiveness brings various implementation challenges, which is why we encourage mutual collaboration to work with modern technologies.

Why we're the right choice...

  • You will join a young and dynamic development team, where your creativity and ability to solve complex challenges will help co-create the InDoc EDGE platform and other tools.
  • We encourage employee development and knowledge sharing both within specific areas and across departments. This is supported by internal workshops and brainstorming sessions, funding for various trainings or conferences, and access to online learning.
  • The transition to your new work environment is made easier by a mentor from your field, who will introduce you to the company culture and gradually guide you through your new responsibilities with the help of assigned tasks.
  • Just like the Greek saying goes, "a healthy mind in a healthy body", we too create a relaxed work environment every day, where employees are enabled to work both in the office and from home. With flexible working hours, we encourage colleagues to maintain a balance between work and personal life.
  • Of course, there is no shortage of both formal and informal social events – picnics and New Year’s parties, sports and cultural activities, and team lunches within departments.

As a QA Engineer, you will...

  • actively participate in improving quality assurance processes and procedures on the project,
  • create and execute test plans and test cases,
  • perform manual software testing,
  • write automated tests for web applications (Selenium, Postman, SoapUI),
  • ensure the functionality of web applications,
  • contribute to user documentation.

We are looking for...

  • 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer for web applications,
  • a keen eye for identifying bugs, inconsistencies, or potential vulnerabilities,
  • analytical thinking,
  • good communication skills and willingness to collaborate within the team and beyond,
  • good knowledge of how modern web applications (SPA) work,
  • understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC),
  • a desire to automate repetitive tasks.

  • If you are already familiar with...
  • JavaScript or other scripting languages,
  • Playwright,
  • microservices and containerization,
  • MS SQL and writing queries,
  • ... these are your advantages.
