Process Solutions Developer

Mikrocop is a leading provider of comprehensive business digitalization solutions. For this purpose, we have developed our own platform, InDoc EDGE, which combines a document management system, a process management system, and an electronic archiving system.

As a Business Process Developer, you will:

  • Collaborate with the team on client projects throughout the entire development lifecycle,
  • Design advanced solutions for business digitalization,
  • Implement business processes to improve clients’ operational efficiency,
  • Provide technical consulting to clients regarding integration with the InDoc EDGE platform,
  • Develop process controls and web services,
  • Monitor technological trends in the field of digitalization,
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and solution standardization.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has completed at least secondary education in a technical, IT, or related field,
  • Has an interest in business process digitalization,
  • Possesses basic technical knowledge and familiarity with programming languages, especially C# and JavaScript,
  • Has strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and a problem-solving mindset,
  • Has a basic understanding of business information systems and their integration,
  • Communicates effectively in Slovenian and English, both verbally and in writing; knowledge of Croatian is an advantage,
  • Enjoys working with digital tools; experience with document management or business process management systems is welcome but not required,
  • Is interested in long-term cooperation and full-time employment.
