As a System Engineer, you will...
- manage and optimize Windows and Linux server environments,
- design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure,
- ensure high availability, security, and system performance,
- participate in solution architecture and the implementation of new technologies,
- automate processes (scripts, tools, configuration management),
- participate in resolving complex incidents and performing root cause analysis,
- collaborate with development teams (DevOps approach).
We expect...
- at least 5 years of experience in system administration or engineering,
- knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems,
- strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, firewalls, VPN),
- experience with virtualization and/or container technologies,
- experience with automation tools and scripting (Bash, Python, or similar),
- knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL),
- understanding of security best practices and approaches,
- an analytical approach to problem-solving,
- independence, responsibility, and strong teamwork skills.
Preferred qualifications include:
- knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, etc.),
- experience with monitoring and logging solutions,
- experience with high-availability systems (HA, clustering),
- experience working with large volumes of data.
