New certifications reaffirm our commitment to compliant business practices
This year’s SIQ audit marked an important milestone for Mikrocop. In addition to successfully renewing our existing certifications, we further demonstrated our commitment to security and quality by achieving two new certifications – ISO/IEC 27017 for cloud service security and ISO/IEC 27018 for the protection of personal data in the cloud.
We understand the responsibility that comes with managing our clients’ documents, data and business information. That is why we treat information and physical security as an integral part of our operations, continuously developing and strengthening our approach.
Our long-standing commitment to information security is demonstrated by our compliance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022, which sets out the requirements for an information security management system, while our commitment to quality is confirmed by ISO 9001:2015. We incorporate proven methodologies, best practices, professional expertise and decades of experience into our solutions and services to ensure a high level of security and reliability.
Enhanced security and data protection in the cloud
With the two new certifications, we are further strengthening our standards in the area of cloud services. ISO/IEC 27017 complements information security requirements with best practices and security controls specifically designed for cloud environments and services. ISO/IEC 27018 focuses on protecting personal data when it is processed in public cloud environments.

Achieving these new certifications represents another important step in our continued commitment to secure and compliant digital business. It also provides further assurance that information security and personal data protection are systematically embedded in our processes and services.
For us, certifications are more than formal confirmation that we meet established requirements. They provide a framework for how we operate every day – from developing and delivering solutions to managing our infrastructure and protecting our clients’ information.
The successful audit and achievement of the new certifications are the result of the collective expertise, dedication and responsible approach of our employees. Through regular reviews, continuous enhancement of our control mechanisms and the adoption of best practices, we will continue to maintain high standards of quality, information security and data protection.
