Ever since I was a child, I have been thinking unconventionally and looking for new ways, which probably led me to choose computer science. I am the youngest front-end developer in Mikrocop and I take in everything I learn and discover. There is a high level of responsiveness and reliability in the team, so you are never left alone. Because I am very active, I like to have enough time left after work for afternoon socializing, hobbies and sports.
At Mikrocop, I can balance private family life and professional development, as working hours are flexible, and a hybrid model of work suits me - partly from home, partly from the office. I think the mentoring program that every newcomer enjoys is great, as progress requires goal-orientation, regular feedback, exchange of professional competencies and contact with the latest technologies. Although I am more reserved, I am also happy to join my colleagues at a "round table" outside of working hours.
I started working full-time at Mikrocop after working here as a student because the working conditions are good. With the help of information exchange and cooperation I quickly build new knowledge and see an opportunity for career advancement. Additional trainings are provided (I became a scrum master), but above all we get along really well with the team. We are young, energetic and good connection is extremely important to me. I can’t imagine the day going by without some joke. We go out for drinks together, we have regular teambuildings and we are active in the Sports and Cultural Association.
I write code in C # with Visual Studio and .NET. I love doing what I do, it has to be done well, without mistakes. It‘s important that the code is neat, transparent. I am precise and in Mikrocop we pay a lot of attention to that. I like working in mixed teams where different profiles of people work together because that’s how knowledge expands. In addition to interesting work, it is important that I have co-workers with whom we get along really well and socialize informally as well. I am extremely communicative and the relaxed atmosphere at work means a lot to me.

Being systematic really comes in handy when testing software solutions, as every detail is important. I always learn something new and gain new experiences in mixed work teams. I am a passionate motorcyclist, I appreciate my free time so working from home is the best. I can also spend more time with my pets. When we are in the offices, we like to hang out, it is also nice when we are pampered with smutie or ice cream days. Communication is relaxed, so the atmosphere is homey.
I am dedicated, courious and love to learn. That‘s why constant challenges at work mean a lot. We can always rely on each other in a young and driven team. I have been at Mikrocop for 4 years because of a stable work environment and because I‘m convinced that the solutions we develop are like small children. You want to see them grow, steer them into the right waters, and rejoice in their successes.
At Mikrocop, I got the opportunity to gain new knowledge and experience in various roles, so these have changed over time. I love challenges, connecting work roles in development makes me happy. In such a diverse team, it is important to reach a consensus and at the same time create a good atmosphere. The employees receive various bonuses, we also have a sports club, which is great, as I am a fan of sports and adrenaline. We get along really well with the team, so we occasionally hang out in our free time.
I like working at Mikrocop because it’s great. To top that, there are interesting technical problems to solve, good company and flexible working hours.
