Incoming mail is received daily and recorded as regular or registered mail. Mail that is not intended for your company is not recorded but rather returned to the Slovenian postal service. While recording incoming mail, we will, if so agreed, separate incoming invoices for later barcoding and scanning, while slips will be removed from registered mail packages. In the next step, mail is admitted to the sorter and distributed to the recipients at your company's premises.

Outgoing mail and packages are collected on delivery of incoming mail. Outgoing mail prepared for pick-up must be in envelopes and addressed ready for postage. In the mailroom, outgoing mail will be checked and labelled if needed. All outgoing mail is carefully recorded, categorized as standard, registered or international mail, and forwarded to the Slovenian postal service.

We do not open any personally addressed mail.
Does an outsourced mailroom also include a courier service between different locations?
Yes, for transfers of incoming mail received by third persons. The pick-up and delivery of intra-office mail between various organizational units at different locations does not fall within the scope of services of the outsourced mailroom.
