INTERNAL RULES APPROVED BY THE ARCHIVES OF THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA
In 2007 the Archives of the Republic of Slovenia approved Mikrocop's internal rules relating to the provision of data capture, digital conversion, and electronic storage of digitized documents and archives. In 2012 Mikrocop made a number of improvements in the execution of capture, conversion and electronic storage processes, making sure that the users can now enjoy better control and better quality in the services we deliver. In line with these changes, we have also obtained approval for the new version of our internal rules.
The adoption of internal rules is particularly important in ensuring the legal compliance of electronically stored documents. By implementing certified storage and accompanying services in accordance with our approved internal rules, we guarantee the legal validity of your electronically stored material.
