IT Solution Architect

Mikrocop is a leading provider of comprehensive business digitization solutions. To this end, we have developed our own InDoc EDGE platform for information management, which combines a document system, a process management system, and an electronic archiving system. The InDoc EDGE platform, with its completeness, presents various architectural and implementation challenges, which is why we encourage collaboration for working with modern technologies.

Why join us...

  • You will join a young and dynamic development team, where your creativity and ability to solve complex challenges will contribute to co-creating the InDoc EDGE platform. The answer to the question “How to implement this requirement?” is fully within the development team’s domain.
  • We encourage employee growth and knowledge sharing within teams and across departments. This is supported by internal workshops and brainstorming sessions, funding for various trainings and conferences, and access to online learning materials.
  • Your transition into the new work environment will be eased by a mentor from your field, who will introduce you to the company culture and gradually involve you in your new responsibilities through easier initial tasks.
  • As the Greek saying goes, “a healthy mind in a healthy body,” we create a relaxed work environment, allowing employees to work both in the office and remotely. With flexible working hours, we encourage maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
  • Of course, there is no shortage of social events – from picnics and Christmas parties to sports and cultural activities, as well as team lunches within departments.

As an IT Solutions Architect you will...

  • analyze new requirements and highlight potential risks in developing new requests
  • develop the architecture of the InDoc EDGE platform
