IT Solution Architect

Mikrocop is a leading provider of comprehensive business digitization solutions. To this end, we have developed our own InDoc EDGE platform for information management, which combines a document system, a process management system, and an electronic archiving system. The InDoc EDGE platform, with its completeness, presents various architectural and implementation challenges, which is why we encourage collaboration for working with modern technologies.

Why we are the right choice...

  • You will join a young and dynamic development team, where your creativity and problem-solving skills will contribute to the co-creation of the InDoc EDGE platform. The answer to the question "How to implement this requirement?" is completely within the domain of the development team.
  • We encourage employee development and knowledge sharing both within individual areas and across departments. This is supported by internal workshops and brainstorming sessions, resources for various training or conferences, and access to online learning.
  • The transition into the new work environment is eased by a mentor from your field, who will introduce you to the company culture and gradually guide you through your new responsibilities with the help of easier tasks.
  • As the Greek saying goes, "a healthy mind in a healthy body," we also create a relaxed work environment where employees are allowed to work both in the office and remotely. With flexible working hours, we encourage colleagues to maintain a balance between work and personal life.
  • Of course, there are also various formal and informal gatherings - picnics and New Year's parties, sports and cultural activities, and team lunches within specific areas.

As an Information Solutions Architect, you will...

  • Analyze new requirements and highlight potential risks in developing new requirements,
  • Develop the architecture of the InDoc EDGE platform,
  • Ensure a good user experience while using the InDoc EDGE platform,
  • Participate in designing development standards and procedures,
  • Review the code and search for potential architectural improvements,
  • Assist other colleagues in understanding requirements, understanding the solution architecture, and improving the writing of program code,
  • Participate in improvements in QA and DevOps,
  • Keep track of technological changes and new technologies.

We are looking for...

  • 7+ years of experience in developing highly available web applications,
  • Good knowledge of OOP and web technologies,
  • Good knowledge of SQL and noSQL databases,
  • Proactivity and pragmatism in problem-solving,
  • Well-developed communication skills,
  • If you have successfully completed development projects and are familiar with the development and operation of BPM solutions, this is your advantage.
