As a Lead IT Solutions Architect you will…
- define application, system, and technical architecture for key development areas
- perform analyses based on business requirements
- research and monitor trends in technology development
- develop the architecture of the InDoc EDGE platform by identifying and defining potential technological solutions and architectural improvements
- ensure good user experience for the InDoc EDGE platform through proposed solutions
- evaluate solution effectiveness and implement necessary adjustments if needed
- identify, highlight, and mitigate potential risks associated with developing new solutions
- ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements
- design and plan the implementation of selected solutions as a project plan and lead them through execution
- assist other team members in understanding requirements and solution architecture
- mentor and train colleagues
- participate in QA and DevOps improvements
- create, design, prototype, and test new algorithms, methods, and models
- participate in the deployment of new systems
- design specifications and testing frameworks for new systems to meet customer needs
We are looking for candidates who…
- have at least 7+ years of experience in a comparable position
- are interested in architectural work on developing highly available web applications
- have a strong knowledge of different technologies, platforms, and architectural models
- understand IT project management and development principles
- have successfully completed development projects
- knowledge of BPM solutions is a plus
- have a high level of responsibility
- are enthusiastic about modern development challenges
For us, understanding various technologies and having good communication skills to collaborate closely with different stakeholders is essential when planning and implementing comprehensive technical solutions, ensuring solutions meet organizational goals.
Desired technical skills:
- development and maintenance of architectural standards and best practices
- good knowledge of front-end (React) and back-end (.NET Core) technologies
- good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- experience with virtual platforms and cloud computing solutions
- knowledge and use of software for planning architectural models (e.g., Miro, Microsoft Visio, or other modeling tools)
- ability to define and document the complete architecture of the InDoc EDGE solution
