A Tidy Archive, a Better Night’s Sleep: We Opened the Doors to Mikrocop’s Archive

At our Archive Open Day in August, we showed participants how proper organisation can make managing physical documents more transparent, efficient and compliant with legal requirements.
Miha Čebron, Product Manager for Physical Archiving at Mikrocop, presented the most common challenges organisations face when managing archival records, along with practical solutions for creating a well-organised and transparent archive.
Participants learned how to meet legal requirements for managing physical documentation, what to consider when choosing an archiving approach and how a well-organised archive can simplify the day-to-day management of documents.
We also presented the InDoc EDGE Archive Register, which enables more transparent and efficient management of physical records and makes it easier to track documents throughout their lifecycle.
We concluded the event with a tour of Mikrocop’s archive centre, where participants could see first-hand how professional archiving and physical document management are carried out in a highly secure environment.
