Another Inspiring HR’kofi Workshop Behind Us

We are thrilled to look back on another inspiring and engaging HR’kofi morning that seemed to fly by in no time. This time, the event was enriched by the outstanding energy, practical insights, and valuable guidance of expert consultant and coach Darja Hvala.

During the interactive workshop, Darja reminded participants of one essential principle: taking care of ourselves first enables us to better support and care for others. Through practical examples and hands-on exercises, she demonstrated how individuals can positively influence their reactions and regulate them more effectively in the face of both internal and external pressures.

Participants explored ways to pause, reconnect with their bodies, and quickly “reset” their mindset through simple yet powerful techniques. Drawing from her extensive professional experience, the speaker emphasized that personal wellbeing is not a luxury, but rather a skill and responsibility that deserves conscious attention and care.

Managing the thoughts that accompany us every day is an important step toward reducing stress, strengthening inner stability, and improving overall performance. Only through mindful self-care can we truly offer our best to the people and environments around us.
