Our last DigiHub meeting of the year was dedicated to effective and secure management of HR documentation – both paper and electronic.
This session was led by Nataša Centa, a renowned HR process expert, who shared practical methods for properly, securely, and compliantly storing HR documents. Her insights helped attendees see how document management can be simple and stress-free.
Participants explored the most common challenges and mistakes in HR document management, while Nataša demonstrated real-life examples showing how effective solutions can be easily implemented in practice.
The program also included a tour of our state-of-the-art physical archive, where Miha Čebron, Product Manager for Physical Storage, shared key recommendations. This was followed by a visit to our high-performance data center with Infrastructure Manager Martin Žumr, who demonstrated how we ensure the security and availability of digital documents.
Participants actively exchanged experiences and challenges, creating an engaging and interactive atmosphere that further enriched the professional program of the meeting.
