Mikrocop begins a new chapter with Advance Capital Partners

Aeon Digital Group, through which the private equity fund Advance Capital Partners SIS develops its investments in IT companies, has acquired an 80% ownership stake in Mikrocop. The acquisition of the remaining ownership interest is planned for 2027.
