Mikrocop joins Aeon Digital Group
We are pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Aeon Digital Group (ADG), under which Advance Capital Partners develops its IT investments.
Upon obtaining all necessary approvals, ADG Group will become the 80% owner of Mikrocop, which will continue to operate as an independent legal entity with the same range of services and employees.
For our valued clients, this step brings no changes in daily cooperation. On the contrary – the strategic partnership enables:
- further development of Mikrocop as one of ADG’s key investments,
- accelerated expansion into the Adriatic region and beyond,
- strengthening its position in business digitalization, secure electronic archiving, and process automation,
- intensive development of cloud solutions and the integration of advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence, to enhance efficiency and user experience.
In the first phase, 80% of Mikrocop’s shares will be acquired, with full 100% ownership planned by 2027. The current management team will remain in place, ensuring leadership continuity and stable operations.
