Procurement conference was a success
We showcased how procurement departments can operate more efficiently at the Procurement Conference together with our client, OTP Bank. 290 participants at this year’s conference learned how contract management with the InDoc EDGE solution contributes to greater transparency, compliance, and security of critical information.
In procurement, well-organized and always-accessible contracts are of vital importance. Business deals depend on them, and procurement supports all other business functions, which cannot operate without the required materials or services.
At this year’s Procurement Conference in Portorož on May 8 and 9, we participated as a sponsor in raising awareness about the importance of digitized documentation and processes in the procurement field.
With the presentation “Contract Management: How Digitalization is Changing the Rules of the Game,” led by Anton Gazvoda, an expert in business digitalization, we, together with a representative from OTP Bank, Vid Doria presented a practical example of digital contract management, including an overview of activities that can be carried out throughout the entire contract lifecycle using a digital platform.
As sponsors, we also showcased ourselves at the exhibition area, where our InDoc EDGE heroes reigned supreme. We added a fun touch to personal interactions and conversations with InDoc EDGE cake pops, which delighted even the most well-fed attendees.
In addition to gaining new experiences, we also established new business connections and concluded this appearance successfully.
