Renewed Certification for Services and Software
Mikrocop has successfully renewed the certification for the InDoc EDGE Cloud capture and storage service, as well as for the InDoc EDGE software.
We have obtained an extension of the certification for the Arhiviraj.si and InDoc EDGE Cloud capture and storage services, including the complete set of accompanying services. The e-ARS 2025/CS005 certificate confirms compliance with the requirements of ZVDAGA and ensures secure, reliable, and long-term management of digital records.
The certified services include:
- Arhiviraj.si and InDoc EDGE Cloud capture and storage services,
- capture of documentary material in digital form,
- conversion of material from physical to digital form,
- conversion of digital material into formats suitable for long-term preservation,
- arrangement and appraisal of documentary material,
- destruction of documentary material in digital form,
- provision of secure facilities for the storage of digital records.
In addition, the Archives of the Republic of Slovenia have extended the certification for the InDoc EDGE software, confirming Mikrocop’s ongoing commitment to high quality, compliance, and security in the management of documentary material in the digital environment.
