Spring DigiHub Focuses on Contracts

At DigiHub, the management of the entire contract lifecycle was presented by business digitalization expert Anton Gazvoda, who has extensive experience in this field. He highlighted practical challenges and advised participants on how to address them.

Inefficient and inadequate contract management can also lead to business risks, which is why it makes sense for companies to digitalize their contracts. Participants were able to see both in theory and in practice, through a demo system, how to establish a contract register, manage the entire contract lifecycle, shorten coordination, approval, and initialing procedures through document sharing, and simplify the contract conclusion process with e-signatures. On the InDoc EDGE demo system, they were also able to see how contracts can be securely stored in certified e-archiving.

Participants also heard first-hand experiences from a contract implementation project and the use of the InDoc EDGE solution from guest Sanel Fejzić from Luka Koper. He emphasized that thorough project preparation, a clear understanding of expectations, and strong management support are crucial for success. Mr. Fejzić also answered many concrete questions from guests, who received a wealth of useful information at the DigiHub.
