Survey on Quality Management in Slovenian Companies
This fall, our market research focuses on quality management. We aim to examine how Slovenian organizations handle deviations and nonconformities to improve the effectiveness of management processes based on the study's findings.
At Mikrocop, we conduct various market surveys several times a year to gain deeper insights into workplace practices and methods. This research enables us to support the digitalization and enhancement of business processes.
This survey is designed for those involved in quality management within their organizations. We’re interested in learning about your approaches and methods for managing deviations and nonconformities.
The survey will take only 5–10 minutes to complete and will help us better understand the current state of processes and procedures related to deviations and nonconformities, the challenges organizations face, and the needs that arise in day-to-day work. We hope to gain insights into how digitalization can simplify procedures, streamline documentation management, and reduce risks associated with errors or inconsistencies in handling deviations and nonconformities.
