Taking Proper Care of Your Physical Archive Matters
Another successful Archive Open Day – “Archiving Without the Headache” is behind us. Participants discovered how to manage paper records efficiently and in full compliance with legal requirements.
Miha Čebron, Product Manager for Physical Storage, shared practical solutions for better document organisation and highlighted the importance of a professional approach to archiving. Attendees received useful tips on getting control over overflowing folders, binders and document files that often create daily headaches in the workplace, while also exchanging real-life experiences from their day-to-day work.
We wrapped up the event with a guided tour of our high-security physical archive, where visitors could see first-hand how safe and reliable document storage works in practice.
We also briefly introduced InDoc EDGE — the Archive Register designed to make managing physical records in the archive simpler and more transparent.
