As a Product Manager, You Will:
- Install Mikrocop products for clients and in Mikrocop's environment.
- Provide support to clients using Mikrocop's services and products.
- Monitor the performance of Mikrocop services.
- Offer operational support for Mikrocop services and address issues.
- Take ownership of specific Mikrocop products and solutions.
- Conduct testing of Mikrocop products and solutions (business processes, specific functionalities, support tools, etc.).
We Are Looking For Someone With:
- Work experience in similar roles (tester, implementer, business analyst).
- Experience or a willingness to gain experience in business process management (BPM).
- Knowledge of databases (MS SQL) and Windows server systems (IIS).
- Familiarity with web technologies and web services.
- An analytical approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- A willingness to provide client support for solutions.
- A desire and readiness to participate in project work.
- Proficiency in English.
