As a Product Manager, You Will:

  • Install Mikrocop products for clients and in Mikrocop's environment.
  • Provide support to clients using Mikrocop's services and products.
  • Monitor the performance of Mikrocop services.
  • Offer operational support for Mikrocop services and address issues.
  • Take ownership of specific Mikrocop products and solutions.
  • Conduct testing of Mikrocop products and solutions (business processes, specific functionalities, support tools, etc.).

We Are Looking For Someone With:

  • Work experience in similar roles (tester, implementer, business analyst).
  • Experience or a willingness to gain experience in business process management (BPM).
  • Knowledge of databases (MS SQL) and Windows server systems (IIS).
  • Familiarity with web technologies and web services.
  • An analytical approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • A willingness to provide client support for solutions.
  • A desire and readiness to participate in project work.
  • Proficiency in English.
