Mikrocop among the golden employers ones again
Mikrocop participated in the Zlata nit competition for the best employer held by Dnevnik for the fifth year in a row. We received recognition in the special category Z leti še bolj zavzeti again, even more committed to activities in the field of employment of the elderly.
At Mikrocop, we are aware of the importance of relationships at work, especially since we started working from home. We pay special attention to older employees, who are a rich source of knowledge, experience and skills, accompanied by prudence and tactics.
The competition Z leti še bolj zavzeti has been even more active over the years in cooperation with the Public Scholarship, Development, Disability and Maintenance Fund of the Republic of Slovenia within the project Comprehensive Support to Companies for Active Aging of the Workforce - ASI. The awards were given to companies that regularly implement measures for active aging of employees and strengthen intergenerational cooperation in the organization.
Among the thirty measures that we carry out at Mikrocop for the well-being of employees are also exercise at work, learning about healthy eating, additional insurance for employees and backward mentoring. We actively support the knowledge transfer, not only from older to younger employees, but circularly among co-workers. All this activities support our sustainable attitude, which is one of the company's values.
