Nataša Centa, an expert in business digitalization at Mikrocop, summarized her thoughts on new working types, initiated by the corona crisis, in an interesting article published by one of the largest Slovenian employment agencies, Manpower.

"Working from home strategy includes well-defined company goals. Long-term working from home brings changes in cooperation and team work. It is important to analyze and find out how to maintain the high performance and efficiency of work teams. At the same time, company's management should know how to manage, recognize and successfully train talents remotely," says Centa.

In her article, she also presents the InDoc EDGE solution and highlights its benefits for the entire organization.

According to a Gallup survey conducted in the spring of 2020, as many as 60% of workers who worked from home during the pandemic, want to maintain this form of work in the future.

"Working from home and hybrid work will become more or less permanent in the future. Pandemic conditions over the past years have forced us to quickly adapt and get used to using technologies that allow us new types of working. There are always new and better digital  tools available that enable remote work. We need to find them and introduce them to our work, because better tools contribute to simpler, safer and more efficient work," emphasizes Centa.
