Customer opinion counts
Another year has passed us by and we have conducted the customer satisfaction survey for 2022. The survey was completed by customers of all sizes and from various business sectors.
We are pleased to learn, that we have maintained a high level of customer satisfaction due to all our efforts invested into reliability and long-term relationships with pur customers.
We are most proud of the fact that almost all respondents would recommend us to friends or acquaintances, and that over 80% of respondents see us as a comprehensive provider of business digitalization.
Praise gives us momentum, and suggestions for improvement are a great opportunity for us to move forward. Thanks to everyone who took the time to take the survey!
