Festive HR'kofi
The December HR'kofi on the topic of talent acquisiton led by Nataša Centa, an expert in the digitization of HR processes, passed in a fun and relaxed festive atmosphere.
At the December coffee chat, recruiters gathered to share their experiences on the challenges associated with recruiting. Every HR department faces this challenge, perhaps with specific staff, perhaps in a specific time and place.
At this meeting, Tina Troha from Profil and Mitja Pajek from Senior Dela enriched the conversation with their ideas and advice, and all participants formed close business and personal contacts.
HR'kofi - relaxed coffee meetings are organized every quarter, and we manage Facebook group HR'kofi as well. The group is intended for everyone who in one way or another deals with the field of HRM and wants to exchange experiences, challenges and ideas for more efficient, faster and more pleasant work.
