Mikrocop gets TOP investor in education certificate for the second time in a row
At this year's Edutainment conference, which took place in November in Lipica, we received our second TOP investor in education certificate.
The purpose of the certificate is to strengthen the key performance indicators of the educational function in companies and the intensive focus of companies on learning and employee development.
As a company that particularly stands out with an above-average investment in the knowledge of its employees, we shared our practices with the audience. Alenka Fic Mikolič, director of general affairs and HR and Tamara Kušar, HR presented how we managed to achieve two successful transformations by increasing competences, formal training, internal training programs and mentoring - from a small service to a service company, and then to an IT company.
The conference was also attended by Nataša Centa, an expert in the digitization of HR processes, who was one of the moderators of the workshop Breakthrough and imagination into the world of knowledge: Culture of lifelong learning - from brain drain to knowledge circulation.
At Mikrocop, we also place great emphasis on the employer branding through various internal and external activities on the employment market. We monitor the success of implemented programs and constantly introduce new ones.
