Simona Kogovšek elected to the SRIP GoDigital board
The event "Made in Slovenia - Inspiring digital innovations!" took place at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS) in May. The event provided an excellent opportunity to discuss the key challenges and opportunities in the field of digital transformation and our path towards a highly productive knowledge-based society.
As part of the event, the inaugural meeting of SRIP GoDigital took place, which aims to connect stakeholders and strengthen the ICT sector in Slovenia. The director of Mikrocop, Simona Kogovšek, was elected to the board for SMEs, which is a significant recognition of her work and contribution to the development of digital solutions.
"I am very happy and honoured to have been entrusted with a position on the Board of Directors for SMEs. I look forward to working with a group of many excellent experts and believe that together we will make significant progress towards a more connected and innovative business environment," said Mikrocop's director Simona Kogovšek.
The SRIP GoDigital platform will enable cooperation in the joint development of digital innovative products, services and solutions to improve the competitiveness of Slovenian companies on the global market, increase synergies between players, increase the digital competences of IT and other professionals, and identify and exploit market opportunities and niches. It will also promote the international competitiveness of Slovenian ICT companies by supporting development projects, internationalisation and joint ventures in foreign markets.
The event confirmed that cooperation between companies is key to promoting innovation and strengthening digital competences that will enable faster progress towards a highly productive knowledge-based society. Mikrocop looks forward to further contributing to these goals by participating in SRIP GoDigital.
