New features and improvements in InDoc EDGE

The new version of InDoc EDGE brings a friendlier user experience and new digital signing features along with a number of other improvements. Users can already try  the new version in the DEMO environment.

The most important new and improved features of the InDoc EDGE information management platform:

  • Anonymization of personal data in documents and business processes
  • Deletion of process instances and versions of process definitions
  • Digital signing enhancements including a new user role, ability to determine the positions of signatures, a more friendly digital signature validation, support for the EU trust lists and other improvements
  • Optional setup of your own SMTP server, which allows you to send messages to users from your domain
  • Other usability improvements, such as unifying the review and editing of user rights on documents, files and folders, upgrading navigation in the document viewer and displaying the execution time of completed user tasks, etc.
